⚠️ Important — UK Road Legality: The Vitilan T7 is a powerful electric mountain bike with a 1000 W (1600 W peak) motor. Under UK law, for an e-bike to be classified as an Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC), the motor must not exceed 250 W rated power, and must cut out at 15.5 mph (25 km/h) when motor power is applied. As sold with its 1000 W / 1600 W motor and potential speeds of up to 35 mph, the T7 does not meet the EAPC requirements. Use on public roads may therefore be illegal unless modified, registered, and insured as a motor vehicle — always check current UK regulations and local laws prior to riding.

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange free courier collection and a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer. After 30 days, you are still covered for a free repair or replacement.
