Price Match Promise

At WheelTrek, we want you to feel confident you are getting a great deal. If you find the same eBike available for less from another UK retailer, get in touch before you order and we will do our best to match it.

How it works

We will match the price when the same eBike, brand new and in the same specification, is offered for less by another UK based authorised retailer on their own website, and is in stock and available to buy at that price.

To request a price match, contact us with a link to the competing product before placing your order. We will review the request and, where it qualifies, match the lower price. We are unable to consider price match requests after an order has been placed.

For a price match to qualify, the competing product must be:

  • The identical make and model, brand new, and in the same specification;
  • In stock and available to purchase at the lower price at the time of your request;
  • Sold by a UK based authorised retailer, including all delivery and any applicable charges in the total price compared.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Promise does not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. Online marketplaces. We are unable to match prices listed on online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and similar third-party platforms, regardless of who the seller is.
  2. Brand direct and manufacturer listings. We do not match prices offered directly by a brand, manufacturer, or their official stores (including their own websites and marketplace storefronts). These prices are set independently and do not reflect standard authorised retail pricing.
  3. Use with other offers. Our Price Match Promise cannot be combined with any discount code, voucher, promotional offer, or sale price. Only one discount or price adjustment may be applied to an order.
  4. Auction, bidding and offer based listings. We are unable to match prices from auction listings, bidding sites, or any listing where the price is negotiable rather than fixed, including listings with a Best Offer or make an offer option.

We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion where we reasonably believe the comparison price is not genuinely comparable or available.
