Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR UK ORDERS.

Welcome to WheelTrek! We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, including clear and transparent shipping policies. Please review the following shipping guidelines.

Order Processing & Updates

Once you place an order, you will receive email updates regarding its status and shipping details. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Service Zone

Currently, we only deliver within the UK.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London) will be processed the same day.
  • Once processed, the order will be shipped promptly.

Delivery Time & Costs

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days (Monday - Saturday) under normal conditions.
  • Free delivery for orders over £500.
  • For orders below £500, a £25 delivery charge applies.

We partner with Royal Mail and DPD for reliable deliveries.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team.
  • You can also track your order by calling 01332 480 564 or emailing info@wheeltrek.com.

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • The customer being unavailable to receive the package
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The package will be returned to WheelTrek at the customer's expense. Any incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.


Change of Delivery Address

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If you need to modify the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@wheeltrek.co.uk or call 01332 480 564.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it.

  • If the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged", then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans may change.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to request a return and refund after receiving it. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Additional Information

  • Gift Wrapping: Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.
  • Holidays: Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next working day.
  • Taxes: We do not charge additional taxes on orders.
