14-Day Return Policy

- Defective or damaged products: If your item is faulty or damaged, please provide a photo of the issue. We will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you. You may choose to receive a replacement item free of charge or a full refund to your original payment method.
- Wrong product ordered: If you ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
