Warranties & Returns

Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, then 14 days to send the item back. Return delivery is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 14 days of receiving the eBike back.
Faulty, damaged or not as described?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange free courier collection and a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer. After 30 days, you are still covered for a free repair or replacement.
Warranty
Every eBike comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. If anything goes wrong, one email to us and we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Yes, eBikes that meet EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations
are legal and can be ridden without a licence, insurance or vehicle tax.
eBikes can be used on public roads, cycle paths, and anywhere regular bicycles are allowed but not on pavements.
Do you offer warranties and after sales support?
Yes absolutely! All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and our customer service team is here to assist with any issues.
How long does it take to fully charge an e-bike battery and how far can you travel?
Charging times vary depending on the model and battery capacity but most eBikes batteries take between 3 to 6 hours to fully charge. On a full charge, you can typically expect a range of 30 to help 60 miles depending on factors like terrain, rider weight and level of pedal assistance.
