FAQs

Q: What kind of range can I expect in real‑world use?
A: Under moderate assist modes, flat terrain, and ideal conditions, over 50 miles (80 km) is feasible. But note: heavy loads, hills, strong wind, or aggressive assist use will reduce range.

Q: Is the battery removable/swappable?
A: Yes, the battery is mounted for removal, which allows off-bike charging and potential future upgrades.

Q: Can I upgrade tyres or add accessories?
A: Absolutely. The frame accepts standard 27.5″ tyres, and there are mounting points for racks, panniers, bottle cages, etc.

Q: What maintenance should I expect?
A: Basic bicycle upkeep applies (gear adjustments, brake checks, lubrication). Also monitor electrical connections, battery health, and firmware/firm connections over time.

Q: Does it come assembled?
A: It ships partially assembled. A qualified bike mechanic or assembly guide is recommended to finalize setup and safety checks.

Disclaimer:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this bicycle adheres to local laws and regulations. Modifying the motor or assist system (e.g., exceeding 250 W output, removing speed limiters) may render the bike illegal for road use in the UK, and could void warranties or violate insurance / legal requirements.
