FAQs

Q: How far can it go on a single charge?
A: In a moderate assist mode on mixed terrain, riders may achieve over 55 miles. However, heavy loads, high assist, steep climbs, wind, and battery age will reduce that.

Q: Is it suitable for off-road use?
A: Absolutely — with suspension, mid-drive torque, and 27.5″ puncture‑protected tyres, it’s designed to handle trails and gravel tracks.

Q: What maintenance is required?
A: Regular checks on tyre pressure, brake pads, drivetrain lubrication, and battery health. Have brake system bled yearly (or as needed) and periodic inspection of electrical connectors.

Q: Can I carry cargo on it?
A: Yes — the rear rack supports up to 25 kg. Just ensure weight distribution is balanced.

Q: Does the bike come assembled?
A: This depends on your seller arrangement. Some shops deliver 90% assembled — final checks, wheel alignment, and bolt torque must be confirmed.

As such, the Revom S1 ATB is classified as a “electrically assisted pedal cycle” (EAPC), legal to ride on public roads in the UK without registration, licence, or insurance (provided all components remain compliant).

You are responsible for ensuring that the eBike remains in its legal configuration (no over‑speed modifications, no unapproved motor upgrades) and fits local cycling laws. Always check current local regulations before riding on public highways.
