FAQs

Q: Is the Cyrusher Ranger legal on UK roads?
Yes—models made with a 250 W motor restricted to ≤15.5 mph (25 km/h) and pedal assist only qualify under UK EAPC regulations. No licence, insurance, or vehicle tax required.

Q: Does it include the throttle?
Yes—there is a half-twist throttle, but for UK‑legal use, the throttle must be disabled or limited to ≤6 km/h (often removed on UK-spec machines).

Q: What range can I realistically expect?
Up to ~56 miles (90 km) on flat terrain with moderate PAS, though mixed terrain, rider weight, and throttle use may reduce that.

Q: How long to charge the battery?
Approximately 5–7 hours with the included 52V 3A smart charger.

Q: What’s covered under warranty?
Cyrusher offers a 2‑year warranty on the frame and 1 year on parts and battery. Buyer covers return shipping for replacements.
