Important – UK Road Use:
The Hidoes B6 in its factory configuration is not street-legal in the UK, as its 1200 W motor (700 W continuous) and top speed (~28 mph/45 km/h) exceed EAPC limits (250 W, 15.5 mph). To ride on public roads/cycle paths legally, you must order the restricted version, electronically limited to 250 W motor and 15.5 mph assist.
The unrestricted model is classified as a moped/motorcycle under UK law and can only be used on private land. Public road use with the unrestricted version requires registration (DVLA), tax, insurance, license, MOT compliance, helmet, and number plate.

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange free courier collection and a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer. After 30 days, you are still covered for a free repair or replacement.
