We provide a 1-year extended warranty to offer extra protection for your E-bike or E-scooter.

Extended Warranty Notice:
a) Each extended warranty service is valid for one E-bike or E-scooter only. If multiple units are purchased in a single order, please purchase a separate extended warranty for each E-bike or E-scooter.
b) The extended warranty cannot be purchased separately and is only available with the purchase of an E-bike or E-scooter.
Delivery & Shipping
At WheelTrek, we keep delivery simple and transparent. Please note we currently deliver within the UK only.
Delivery Costs
- FREE DELIVERY on all eBikes to UK Mainland addresses.
- For orders below £500, a £25 delivery charge applies.
Order Processing
- Once you place your order, it takes 1 to 2 working days to process and prepare for dispatch.
Delivery Times
- After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) under normal conditions.
- We will send you the courier name and a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your eBike's journey to your door.
Our Carriers
Your eBike is delivered by a trusted, fully tracked UK courier. The exact courier depends on the eBike you order. We will confirm which one is handling your delivery along with your tracking details.
Warranties & Returns
Shopping with us is simple and your rights are fully protected.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, then 14 days to send the item back. Return delivery is at your cost, and we refund you in full within 14 days of receiving the eBike back.
Faulty, damaged or not as described?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange free courier collection and a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer. After 30 days, you are still covered for a free repair or replacement.
Warranty
Every eBike comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. If anything goes wrong, one email to us and we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. To request a return, simply email info@wheeltrek.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging and return it within the 14-day window.

Are e-bikes legal in the UK and where are you allowed to ride them?
Yes, e-bikes that meet EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations
are legal and can be ridden without a licence, insurance or vehicle tax.
e-bikes can be used on public roads, cycle paths, and anywhere
regular bicycles are allowed but not on pavements.
Do I need a licence to ride an e-scooter?
Privately owned e-scooters are currently illegal on public roads but rental
e-scooters require at least a provisional driving licence.
Do you offer warranties and after sales support?
Yes absolutely! All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and our
customer service team is here to assist with any issues.
How long does it take to fully charge an e-bike battery and how far can you travel?
Charging times vary depending on the model and battery capacity but most e-bike batteries take between 3 to 6 hours to fully charge. On a full charge, you can typically expect a range of 30 to 100 miles depending on factors like terrain, rider weight and level of pedal assistance.
