A: While up to ~90 km is possible under ideal conditions (flat terrain, low assist level, lightweight rider), actual range will depend on factors like assist level, rider weight, terrain and weather.
Q: Can this bike handle rough city roads or uneven paths?
A: Yes — the suspension fork (100mm travel) and quality tyres make it very capable on typical urban surfaces, cobbles or light trails.
Q: Are spare parts easy to find?
A: Yes — components such as the Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, standard tyres, hydraulic brakes and aluminium frame make maintenance accessible.
Q: Does it fit tall riders?
A: The bike is designed for one-size-fits-most riders approximately 155-188 cm tall. Adjustments to the saddle and stem allow fine-tuning.
Q: Can I add accessories like racks, panniers or child seats?
A: Yes — the bike includes a rear rack and is compatible with typical urban e-bike accessories. Ensure load distribution stays within the payload limit.
Q: What about warranty and support?
